SFS has been working very closely with AVIVA Insurance Turkey since 1994. All the agencies, banks, branches, central office and call center of AVIVA Turkey are working in an integrated CRM based environment.

AVIVA uses Winsure Elementer as a CRM based backoffice solution. The system is fully integrated with SFS Financials solution. By means of GL Integrator, Winsure Elementer can be integrated with any general ledger system including Oracle Financials, SAP Financials or SFS Financials called WinFinancials. AVIVA uses StraMar Insurance as an e-CRM solution integrated with Winsure. On Internet, they provide a B2B architecture for their channels with StraMar e-Channel, while they use a B2C architecture for their customers with StraMar e-Commerce.
