  WINSURE is a non-life insurance solution that enfolds complete functionality with remarkable flexibility.

  Your organization and operation are prone to changes through time. Some of these changes can be drastically complex to implement and the consequences may appear to be unmanageable. Releasing a new policy type requires a series of procedures to be realized.

  The new product has to be added to the system

  This step usually includes coding. If different systems are used at headquarters, regional offices and agencies, duplicate coding effort is obligatory.

  WINSURE allows you to define a new product with no coding involved, once at your headquarters where the policy type is actually developed and nowhere else.

  Train your underwriters throughout your organization.

  This step generally requires a huge organization of a series of training sessions, during which some of your staff will travel and stay away from business. WINSURE proposes to be your trainer. You can use her multimedia capabilities to use image, sound and video as built-in training material. Help text is another training tool that can be used.

  Distribute the new product.

  During distribution of new products, two problems are encountered. First difficulty arises if you have different systems in your operational environment. The right update has to be distributed to the correct locations. The second difficulty arises during installation of the distributed new version of the product. Computer incompetence at remote locations can cause delays in the completion of successful distribution.

  With WINSURE what you distribute is one set of data throughout your complete organization. The update can be distributed automatically according to a preset calendar with ATP and requires no installation or compilation at the receiving end.

  Start using the new product simultaneously throughout your organization.

  Once the training material and the new product is distributed and on-line training is completed the whole organization is ready for kick-off. However market conditions may force you to start sales of the new product at a certain date. It is quite difficult to control a large organization and keep your sales force from using a new tool they have.

  WINSURE gives you the power to control the date from which on a set of data will be active. This ensures that the update will be effective simultaneously throughout the organization.

  Any change in your operation will have to go through these processes. WINSURE DESIGNER allows any policy type, rule, condition, calculation, reference table, authority etc. to be defined to the system with no coding requirement.

  Another important capability WINSURE DESIGNER arms you with is the flexible data model. WINSURE allows you to add/ delete data fields that you keep and monitor for statistical purposes. For example the beginning and end dates of a policy and it’s number one mandatory. Likewise the name of a customer and whether he is a person or a company, are mandatory data. However the age, nationally, occupation and other data items may be added to the system upon need as "additional information" about the customer to be given. The date from which on the question will be active can be stated to the system.

  Your operation is defined to the system via WINSURE DESIGNER and carried out by WINSURE.

  WINSURE is an integrated insurance solution where all subsystems interact and share data. WINSURE is built up of the following modules.

  Contract Management

  The CONTRACT MANAGER manages all your proposals and policies along with their endorsements. For specified policy types the system stores proposals. Proposals can be copied to create new versions or proposals to work on. Proposals can be kept with their versions in the system allowing thorough follow-up for your sales force. The proposal that is accepted by your customer becomes a policy. From then on any changes on the policy are kept as endorsements in WINSURE.

  Renewals are also handled in this module. Renewals can be created either as proposals or as policies depending on the specification made in PRODUCT DESIGNER. Another subject of choice is whether to have your renewals created manually by the user or by WINSURE as proposals in as much advance as specified in PRODUCT DESIGNER in batch.

  Reinsurance Management

  Depending on the treaties and rules specified in the REINSURANCE DESIGNER the distribution of each policy is handled by WINSURE. All reinsurance distributions are created as temporary and are marked as confirmed when accepted by the user. Any policy that can not be %100 distributed by the REINSURANCE MANAGER is listed for the user to work on the distribution manually.

  Each policy that has a contribution to the accumulated risk categories tracked by WINSURE is automatically added to the accumulation. Risks can also be added or deleted from an accumulating risk group manually.

  Claims Management

  The CLAIMS MANAGER handles claims, their complete examination, claims expenses, required documents and settlements. The CLAIMS MANAGER is integrated to the CONTRACT MANAGER and COLLECTION MANAGER; therefore the policy with its endorsements and installments collected is available as of damage date. This enables speed and accuracy in determining the coverage of the policy for the damage in question.

  Documents required as proof of damage can be tracked by delivery date. Internal and external experts can be assigned for examination purposes. After thorough examination of the claim and damage, settlement decision is made. The payment can be made in cash, cheques or money order.

  Collection Management

  The COLLECTIONS MANAGER handles installment payments made by customers. Instruments such as cash, cheques, promissory notes, credit cards and money orders are available. One collection transaction may cover more than one installment of multiple policies of different customers. To enable this flexibility the total of each item of a single collection is distributed to the corresponding policies by the user.

  WINSURE monitors collections made against installment plans of policies to determine delays. Delays depicted by WINSURE cause warnings and suspensions to be activated according to the rules and regulations defined in the DESIGNER.

  Accounting Management

  Each transaction creates a record in the accounting system either of its own or as part of an accumulated transaction WINSURE gives you the choice of using the integrated internal accounting module or data transfer to your current accounting system.

  WINSURE keeps track of each transaction that is realized, therefore can create accounting records real-time or in batch.

  Client Management

  The CLIENT MANAGER is where WINSURE handles the information about all entities that take part in your transactions. Customers, policy beneficiaries, banks and their branches, experts, agencies, collectors, reinsurers, municipalities are all part of the client management system.

  Information about any ‘client’ is kept in chronological order which enables in-depth analysis of the changes over time in certain segments of your portfolio.

  A very effective flexibility this module offers is to change, add or delete data items related to clients. It is possible to collect new data, the need for which arises in time, with no database modification or coding required.

  Transfer Systems

  WINSURE is complemented by ATP, which enables two-way, automated data transfer.

  An optional data migration tool from conventional file systems to relational databases is also available for faster implementation of WINSURE.

  WINSURE allows policy transfer from agencies and district offices to the headquarters and back-transfer from headquarters to district offices and agencies.

  Claims on the other hand are transferred from district offices to headquarters for handling.
