SFS defines critical success factors as “human resources, technology and processes”. Technical and non-technical training are offered for Human Resources, the most important of these factors.
The "Talent" evaluation subject, which is a part of our Performance Management System, aims to monitor the personal development of our employees.
The organizational structure of our company is based on the basis of our activity processes and our areas of expertise. Instead of a hierarchical approach in SFS, a matrix structure based on a role and teamwork has been adopted.
